THE BEST DISH OF THE PERUVIAN JUNGLE: JUANE 馃崥
It is one of our flagship dishes of the Peruvian jungle, and it is a typical food for the feast of San Juan, which is celebrated in the jungle every year on June 24.
There are varieties of Juane, but the traditional is the Juane of rice, below the types of juane:
RICE JUANE馃悡
Whose ingredients are made from rice and chicken, eggs, olives, wrapped in bijao leaf.
JUANE DE YUCA馃悷
Made with ground yucca and pieces of paiche or another type of fish, wrapped in bijao leaf, tamale type.
JUANE DE CHONTA馃尨
It´s prepared with chonta, ground peanuts and shredded dry paiche.
WASP JUANE馃悥馃崡
Ground pork meat is added to the rice and with this the dough is prepared, filling it with a fried chicken prey.
NINA JUANE馃崡馃悢
It is a juane that has pieces of tender chicken or chicken, with beaten egg instead of rice.
CHUCHULLI JUANE馃悢
Which contains rice and chicken giblets.
UCHU JUANE馃悷
It´s prepared with fish, egg and chili.
SARA JUANE馃嵈

My name is Any. For breakfast, I usually have papaya juice with avocado bread for breakfast, or sometimes strawberry juice with milk with toast, sometimes I eat what my mother prepares, fried with flour.
